If you are looking for a place that Service the most delicious steak and other food this is the place to go....Always it is a busy place because it is one of the best in town...You can order all kind of drinks (beer, wine, hard liquor...) they is a bar with high chair and in summer time you can enjoy outside sitting and watching Detroit through the river...The prices are on the high side but it is worthy

As someone from Buffalo, we are certainly not lacking in delicious burgers. However, since the first time I tried The Works, I knew I needed to go back and experience it even more. For starters, the atmosphere is incredible. Lots of seating available and warmly lit (which is very important to some people). The staff are extremely friendly.

Good food good atmosphere

Went for a night on the town only to have our group be told we need reservations and that they are all booked up for the night. Went for a drink elsewhere and thought we'd call to make reservations and what do you know? We were able to get reservations...once at the resturant saw others turned away as well despite there being visible room on the patio.

Excellent service, great ambiance and nice drinks

Went with a party of 15. They accept huge party reservations. Order the 18 ounce steak and was not disappointed. Service is amazing, Tina the server is awesome. Parking is questionable but not a deal breaker. At the riverside view of Detroit. Summer time patio is awesome setting to enjoy with a love one. Been coming to this restaurant for a few years. Would recommend

The 30 minute wait time was worth it. I had a rare steak with lobster. Service was quick and friendly.

Love me the blue cheese filet mignon. They cooked it perfect and it was the biggest I've ever head. No secret cheese butter this time but the steak made up for that 😁

I've been here twice now and I'll continue to return. The service is incredible and worth the drive to Windsor. My first visit I had the sliders with a side salad. The sliders were good but the fresh horseradish stole the show. It had a nice bite and was spicy enough to clear my head and nose. My family went solely for the desert the second time. I had a yummy shrimp cocktail.The mini desserts are a great deal for Americans.

I knew I'd like this place, in the heart of windsor, as soon as we walked in... It's a good place to go with friends and share a meal experience. Our meals were fantastic! Tender chicken, perfectly cooked lobster and the most tender and tasty ribs.Overall our experience was very good. I would definitely come back.

Legit. Get the "baseball cut" steak. Gets you a little more into the rare side and easy on the wallet. Drinks were good. Service was attentive and genuine.

This place seriously deserves some Michilen stars! The dining room opens at 4 pm, but we showed up at 2 pm. They said they would see what they could do. We ended up having a private dining experience. I ordered the tomato and burrata. The sea salt on it was just stellar! I also had the seafood trio. Wow! The shrimp were grilled to absolute perfection. The crab was huge and very meaty. The lobster with the butter was awesome! There was rice with cheese and mushrooms which was so yummy I could have just had that. One person in my party immediately asked if we could come back tomorrow. Worth the trip to Canada just for this meal. Well done!!!!!

What a great meal. Very busy spot (we sat at the bar) but the service was excellent despite how busy it was. Bar tender was great and it was just an all around nice evening. Right on the river and practically next door to the Best Western Plus. You may want to think about getting here early. Fills up fast!

No respect for the elderly what so ever. They seated my wife and I and my 80 year old mother in law in the sun. There were other tables in the shade but the manager refused to move us leaving my mother in law sweating up a storm. The identical table behind us in the shade remained empty for an hour yet we couldn't have it. Needless to mention it took two and a hours to get our meal and they weren't that busy only to have my mother in law's fish come out raw. The manager should be ashamed of himself for being as rude as he was. I only hope you get the same experience when you're 80!!! Shame on you!!!

Excellent atmosphere. Usually a great steak. This time it could have used some work. Service was nice. The bread is great and the beer is crisp and frosty.

This is always a great place to sit and enjoy lunch, dinner or just a drink. The staff is always attentive and professional. The food and drinks are generally always consistent. Keep up the great work. Love the close parking as well. A genius concept come winter especially.

I usually go to the Devonshire keg. This was the first time for me here but I loved it, the view was awesome and my steak was perfect and exactly how i asked for it to be! Service was great as well. Will come back here again for sure.

No need for a long review here. You know what you expect from a place like this. Excellent food, excellent staff, about as upscale as Windsor gets. Of course expensive but I mean, comes with the territory above.

Definitely if not the only The Keg I’ve been and I can say is 5 starts service. Location is great very convenient with an amazing view from the river and Detroit. Drinks well prepared as well as the food. No complains at all.

Delicious food and great service. It has a sports bar like atmosphere, so if you're looking for a quiet place to dine, this might not be a good option. I had no issues however. I believe reservations are necessary to eat here.

The food was very pricey and servings were tiny. Delicious but tiny. And took a long time to get the food. The drink was made with salt instead of sugar and tasted horrible. Replaced it with something else. Did nothing special for my daughters birthday. Not worth the money.

Birthday Celebration Disappointment - reservations for table for 4 made in advance. We ended up just outside the kitchen. Will choose a better place to go in the future. Ended up eventually moving to another table but management did not make this process comfortable at all. Perhaps their General Manager onsite should check the attitude before coming to work. Keg customer in Toronto for over 40 years. Food was good but experience soured by how staff handled our reservation.

Service was terrific. Wife has a gluten allergy, not just a sensitivity. The chef came to our table after we'd placed our order but before preparing our food. Very reassuring to know that you've been heard and will be taken care of. Good was delicious too!

One of my favourite spots to go in Windsor while on business. Right on the river, service is good and always seems to be busy.And who can beat a baseball steak from The Keg?

It was ok with reserved a table for dinner with intention to stay there the whole night. Big group. For some reason they also allowed another group to book the same space. We were informed about that when we were about dessert and had to rush through it. If you order a prime roast be aware your order might come the way they feel like serving it. Many people at the table who order medium rare ended up with rare prime roasts. So double check if they have your order straight. Apparently two times is not enough. Oh yeah and about the desserts? Nobody was allowed to order it and we were asked to leave as they had to clean the table.

My wife treated me here for Father's Day earlier this year. I hadn't heard of it at the time but am sure glad this is what she decided. We we seated promptly and given a quick overview of the menu. We ordered a few of their specialty cocktails which were tasty and strong. I chose to go with the pan crusted fillet (salmon I believe) and my wife ordered the top sirloin & Atlantic lobster tail. Both were delicious and fresh as can be. We also ordered a side of fries since we're fry lovers, they were tasty. To top off the meal we ordered the peach smoothy. It was kind of thick but that worked well being that it lasted a while.

I must say that this is my favorite restaurant in Windsor hands down. The whole keg experience is awesome from The River view to the ambiance walking in the door tables the drinks at the bar even the bathrooms are nice. But the thing that keeps you coming back of course is the exquisite food.no need to add extra seasonings or anything because it's always just right and the service is impeccable 🤩

Always the same and always delicious. Stuffed mushrooms and steak an lobster is the way to go while dining here.

I went to the Keg this past Saturday and remembered that yes this is definitely a chain. The server was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Cocktails were okay. We ordered the baked garlic shrimp appetizer which was no more than 8 tiny tiny shrimp in garlic butter with mixed cheese melted over top. The bread that came with it was not good at all. We also ordered the calamari which was over fried and soaking in a pool of oil. Both appetizers were nothing special. We ordered a Cesar salad, which was okay, but again nothing special. The dressing did not taste homemade. I ordered the sesame tuna entree and the tuna was one of the worst cuts I ever ever had. The salad was just a bag of mixed coleslaw- I’m sure not made in house- with a sesame dressing. All in all not worth the crazy prices. I should have known better !

A great steakhouse experience!The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is very accomodating in terms of seating with extra room in their beautiful bar area.My steak tasted perfect given the value and our server was attentive and friendly.There is about as much variety you would expect from a steakhouse, consisting of a lot of steak with some seafood as well as other great apperizers.Every time I've been here I have always had a wonderful experience. I can't recommend it enough.

Unexplained wait at the beginning, but hostess was friendly. The ambiance while private, felt diviseve. Shrimp cocktail was good, escargot was good. My issue with the keg is that they won't properly present the steak for you and that's why it will never be a great steakhouse. The wait staff was amazing, although they switched servers back and forth. Also the choices for desserts are meh. Wines are reasonably priced and Martini was delicious.

Their outdoor ambiance is a good place during the summer. Good steak options too.

This is by far one of my most pleasant restaurant experiences. The servers are personable. The food is delicious. Even the salad was great, and I don't like salad. I plan to return.
